Overview

This presentation is an overview of what the global charity Mercy Ships does, giving insight into the reason why they exist and the people they help. Canada’s involvement will be included with the current and future work in Africa of transforming lives. Using a humorous approach about ship life to how welding outside of Canada is different, he will including topics such as, bring on the heat, survive the pressure, watch out for the standards, and did I really set off that alarm. How standards were maintained while working with tradesmen from different countries in a multi-cultural setting will be explained.
