Today's guest is Lauren Polk, Maintenance Coordinator at Max Aicher North America. She started her career in the steel industry as an intern with Environment Canada in their machine and welding shop and has various roles over the last 8 years including Quality Manager and Welding Supervisor. Lauren shares her experiences and opportunities available with Association of Women in Metal Industries (AWMI).
