This week’s guest is Tiffany Orff, a Welding Instructor and Founder of Welding Women Syndicate and the Exploratory Academy. Tiffany saw the need for a safe place where we could celebrate, discuss and provide resources for women in the welding industry and has expanded her online platform to a fun and inclusive facility to teach welding in person.
