Welding Fundamentals for Managers and Non-welding Personnel

Welding is a key activity in the heavy industry fabrication, the construction of and maintenance of an industry complex.  Project managers, engineers and field technologists should have a good grasp of the elements affecting the implementation of welding activities so the activities can be planned with a high confidence of success and the completion be cost effective.

The two-day training course provides basic fundamentals of welding with the following topics:

  • Weld Joint Design
  • Quality Assurance & Inspection

The course will be taught by a seasoned industry professional with proven academic capability.  The trainer will bring in strong theories and practical examples in the implementation of a welding program. Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will be awarded with a Certificate Completion.    A seminar presentation handout will be provided to each participant.  The training provides an opportunity to network with industry professionals.  A short break from a daily chores allows participants a quality time to refocus improvement in their business.
