Welder Qualification Testing

The CWB Group offers CSA W47.1 welder qualification testing at our Nisku, AB office. This facility provides welders the opportunity to practice and take a CSA welder qualification test.

The Nisku Test Centre is open Monday to Thursday’s following the schedule and pricing listed below:

• 8:30am-1:30pm, open for Testing or Booth Rental
  (*note booth rental can be scheduled instead of testing if booths are available but support may be minimal due to administration of testing until 1:30pm)
  
  
• 1:30pm-3:30pm, open for Booth Rental for individuals desiring practice and support to prepare for CSA W47.1 Welder Testing.
  (*note, no Testing as there is no CSR onsite during this time for witnessing)

Pricing for Testing (includes processing and evaluation):

• CSA W47.1 Standard “S” Class Test Plate: $150.00
• CSA W47.1 Standard “T” class - 6” sch 80 pipe: $400.00

Pricing of Booth Rental for CSA W47.1 Practice (includes instructional support):

• $100 per 2 hours
• $150 per 2 hours including 2 practice CSA W47.1 Standard Test Plate (extra plates can be purchase for $26.25/plate if requested)

All Test Centre activity must be booked by appointment.
