Last December, I had the pleasure to witness a meeting of minds, at the CWB Welding Industry Day Panel in Hamilton, ON. It was an extraordinary day, of listening to other industry participants (welders, educators, manufacturing plant owners, welding students and others). Brainstorming sessions included a frank discussion about mentorship.
