CWB Group Inspector Level 1 Program Now Eligible for CCA’s Gold Seal Credits
Milton, ON – October 29, 2025 – The CWB Group is pleased to announce that it has received Gold Seal accreditation from the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), for the 11 micro credential courses included in the Visual Welding Inspector – Level 1 Program.
This new recognition allows individuals who have successfully completed English or French micro-credentials related to the CWB Visual Welding Inspector Level 1 Program to receive Gold Seal credits through the CCA’s Gold Seal certification program, a nationally-recognized standard of excellence for construction management professionals.
CWB’s welding inspection training courses equip students with the comprehensive knowledge and skills needed to inspect and ensure the quality and integrity of welded components. Now, with this accreditation, professionals in the construction industry can enhance their skills in related fields – improving their career opportunities while also earning industry-recognized credits.
“We’re very excited about this recognition and the opportunities it creates across the construction industry,” says Craig Martin, Chief Operating Officer, CWB Group. “The Gold Seal accreditation not only validates the quality of our Visual Welding Inspector Program, but it also gives professionals a clear pathway to strengthen their careers while contributing to higher standards of safety and quality on projects across Canada.”
