CWB Group - Dartmouth Office Closure

Due to the extended concern and restrictions put in place for COVID-19, and our sincere care for our clients, we have decided to close our CWB Group Dartmouth office located at:

50 Eileen Stubbs Avenue, Unit 130, Dartmouth, NS

This was a difficult decision, however, due to the lack of sufficient office space to comfortably support clients frequenting our office for exams, we have had to rethink our accommodations.  The office has been closed for the better part of 2020 due to COVID protocols, however, we realize the relevance of having a location available within Nova Scotia to support our clients and so for this reason, we have decided to partner with a local facility in Dartmouth where we will be able to continue to offer exam invigilation on a regular basis on a larger scale to ensure client safety. 

As always, our Call Center remains open from 8:00 AM Atlantic Time to 4:30 Pacific Time to answer any questions or concerns, and we continue to process forms and correspondence through our general email address:  info@cwbgroup.org.

We will continue to support all our clients in Atlantic Canada by offering exam invigilation in Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, and now again, in Nova Scotia.  As well, we are also providing remote online exam invigilation through our recent partnering with ProctorU.

We will monitor this situation and will be adding more local administrative support to increase our service offerings once government regulations allow for this and should the need to have a fully operational office again in Dartmouth arise, we will take the necessary steps to look for a permanent facility.
