Director, B2B Marketing

The Director, B2B Marketing  will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic, tactical and operational client and stakeholder engagement plans, programs, projects and initiatives aligned with the CWB Group’s mission.

Focused on being a source of excellence to our stakeholders, this role will provide thought leadership and operational oversight of the design and execution of B2B marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives which will support innovation, growth and then success of all business lines.

This position will work out of the Milton, ON office and reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Industry Services. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build processes, programs, tools and personnel capabilities to showcase excellence in welding expertise, knowledge and insight to stakeholders
  • Design and oversee organization-wide Client Experience program to define sources of value for client segments, evaluate CWB’s performance on delivering what clients value and leading the design of innovative improvements and showcasing our efforts
  • Coordinate, focus and support organization-wide efforts of research, public relations, awareness, advocacy on industry needs and solutions
  • Establish ongoing data collection, analytics and insight capabilities which assess performance, identify opportunities for operational improvement, increase the awareness and appreciation of our value proposition and identify new ways to meet unmet needs
  • Lead the development and the institutionalization of a cross-functional client experience management process to ensure continuous improvement within all areas of the Group


  • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering or related discipline
