Bilingual (English/Mandarin) Administrative Assistant

The Bilingual (English/Mandarin) Administrative Assistant, International Certification will provide administrative support to the International Regional Manager, Certification and team.  This role will be responsible for daily communication with partners in China and South Korea, handing billing distribution, assisting customers with invoicing questions, general requests and preparing monthly service schedules. This person will be required to translate/interpret between English and Mandarin for communication verbally and written.

This position will report to the International Regional Manager, Certification and will work out of our office in Milton, Ontario.

Following are the qualifications needed:

  • 5 years’ experience in administration
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin a must
  • Translation and interpretation experience in English and Mandarin a must
  • Diploma/Degree or Recognized equivalency in Business Administration and/or Accounting
  • Must have excellent Administration, communication, interpersonal skills, time management
  • Experience in a previous administrative role
  • General Accounting Experience required
  • Supporting management teams
  • Experience providing superior level customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Office, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM an asset
  • Excellent people skills, including experience working with cross departmental teams
  • Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing others
  • Strong customer relationship acumen; comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization

L'Adjointe administrative bilingue (anglais / mandarin), Certification internationale, fournira un soutien administratif au Directeur régional international, Certification ainsi qu’à l’équipe. Ce rôle sera responsable de la communication quotidienne avec les partenaires en Chine et en Corée du Sud, la distribution de la facturation, l'assistance aux clients pour les questions de facturation, les demandes générales et la préparation des calendriers de service mensuels. Cette personne devra traduire / interpréter entre l'anglais et le mandarin pour faciliter la communication verbale et écrite.

Ce poste relèvera du Directeur régional international, Certification et travaillera à partir de notre bureau de Milton, Ontario.

Qualifications :

  • 5 ans d'expérience en administration
  • Bilinguisme en anglais et mandarin requis
  • Expérience de traduction et d'interprétation en anglais et en mandarin indispensable
  • Diplôme / diplôme ou équivalence reconnue en administration des affaires et / ou en comptabilité
  • Doit posséder d’excellentes compétences en administration, communication, relations interpersonnelles, gestion du temps
  • Expérience précédente dans un poste administratif
  • Expérience en comptabilité générale requise
  • Soutenir les équipes de direction
  • Expérience dans la fourniture d'un service client de niveau supérieur
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office (Office, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics CRM, un atout
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, y compris une expérience de travail avec des équipes interdépartementales
  • Compétences en communication exceptionnelles ; présentation, écrite, verbale, à l'écoute et influencer les autres
  • Sens aigu de la relation client ; à l'aise d'interagir avec tous les niveaux d'une organisation
