Account Executive

Western Ontario

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for meeting and /or exceeding revenue targets for the assigned region/ territory through selling CWB product and services lines to new and existing clients. This includes developing strategies to sell CWB products and service into new industries and markets for the Western Ontario Region.

This position will report to the Sales manager and will work from their home office in Western Ontario.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Sales Manager to develop annual sales plans, setting metrics and targets to grow client base in existing and new markets
  • Develop and execute regional and or territory sales plans through market analysis, identify new revenue generating opportunities and executing plans accordingly
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through sales to new clients within existing markets
  • Identify new product and services that will meet clients’ needs
  • Develop presentations, proposals and RFP’s as required to secure timely business


  • Post-Secondary Education with emphasis in Business and Sales or equivalent working experience
  • Knowledge of Welding certification standards and ISO Quality standards an asset
  • 5 Years of progressive Outside Sales Experience
  • Bilingualism in English & French an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • will be required to travel in designated territory, your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license is necessary.
  • Outside sales and/or business development experience
  • Experience in the welding and joining industry an asset
  • Sales experience within the service sales industry an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and acting on new business opportunities within new markets
  • Proven background in building and maintaining solid relationships
  • Experienced in responding to RFQ’s and developing customer quotations
  • Experienced in setting annual sales metrics and targets
  • Experienced in utilizing dynamic 365 CRM
